Did You Really Mean It?

If you’ve developed the habit of not following through on your stated intentions, you are unconsciously throwing a wrench into your manifestation machine. The way to reverse this is to begin a new practice of deliberate speech. Begin by making “I will” (or “I shall”, if you prefer) statements about simple tasks you would ordinarily do without formal declaration, them immediately do that thing. For example, upon rising in the morning, say “I will put on my robe” and then do so without the slightest hesitation or delay.

Repeat this process with every normal or regular activity: making the bed, brushing your teeth, brewing your coffee. Very important: after each task, acknowledge your accomplishing what you intended. A mental or verbal “I did that” creates a positive vibration in your mind and body. This may seem silly or too easy, but you are building a habit-muscle that will make it easier to follow through on tasks that require more energy, thought and effort.

Refrain from making casual, non-committal remarks about what you intend to do (“Ill get around to it”). There’s no such thing as a trivial statement to your subconscious mind — it takes everything you say quite seriously. Remember, you are training your subconscious mind to believe you will do what you say. And it is the subconscious mind that forms the conduit to the universal mind, where manifestation begins.

I call this the Sidimi process: Say it, mean it, DO it!

Cheer’s to your manifestations!
